Phase - 1
- A saint appeared in my life in 1998 after tapas of simple meditation since 1970. I did a course of Science of creative intelligence and learnt Transcendental Meditation (TM) from Marishi Maharishi Institute in 1970. A simple activity in most innocent way did a lot after retirement in 1997. Started searching for practical utility of TM for heart disease patients. TM from Mahrishi has been only Meditation being testified scientifically in Howard USA & other Universities.
- Putting 32 years in Pharmaceutical marketing started searching a Doctor who can understand my view point. My search ended by getting a saint Dr. Rajeev Gupta Senior Physician & Cardiologist of Monilek Hospital & Research Centre, JAIPUR.
- We started activities of teaching Creative Meditation (own Brand) for health applications as complementary therapy not substitute to modern medication. A very satisfactory project going on.
Phase - 2
- All of a sudden Dr. Rajeev Gupta handed me a book by the name "Reversing Heart Disease" by Dr. Dean Ornish MD USA . It was to utmost surprise to me Can heart blockages be opened without surgery through life style modifications. In this programme one of the important part played has been of Meditation, visualization and imaginary techniques. I was not equipped with a technique of visualization where Dr. Dean Ornish mentioned in his book of the teqnique and learnt from Swami Satchidananda of Siva Nand Institute, Virginia, USA.
- How, a Guru search his disciples comes true, when a need arises a GOD appeared in the form a Guru Swami Prema Nand from Siva Nand Institute, Rishikesh. was known of the programme taught to Dr. Ornish. I was fortunate to have such Guru and been taught the same technique of reversing heart disease.
- Therefore, we started the programme of reversing heart disease under the guidance of Dr. Rajeev Gupta and also associated with Dr. VS Baldwa, retired Professor and HOD Medicine from SMS Hospital, Jaipur.

Phase - 3
- In November, 98 a international conference was held on YOGA as YOGACON . Because of my position in the hospital was given an opportunity to present paper on "Why Meditation" and teach also. This was an opportunity came in contact with Yogini PUSHPA Ji Of Yog Sadhna Ashram, which came a surprise guru for Yoga to be learnt . Here Shri R.C. Ghiya Secretatry of Yogsadhna was of great help. He was really Yogi otherwise professionally a CA.. My new dawn started to dive in ocean science of Yoga, as there is no other comparable science which covers all dimensions of life viz; moral, physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual through Ashtanga Yoga of Maharishi Patanjali. Best learnt YOGA while teaching in the same institute for three years a part of curriculum as YOGA & its kinds.
- My visits to UK from 1999 to 2011, my elder son Bankim helped me to introduce Yogini Savita of CHHI centre. She has been carrying activities of teaching meditation and yoga in this country for last 15years and took to various places for lectures as well to take classes for Meditation . Worldwide YOGA from India enjoys a high respect. Even our programmes appeared on BBC healing through chanting. I associated through Yogini to IHHF (Integrated Holistic Health Forum) and gave a lot confidence for healing and use of different systems. I attended during this period Exhibition on Mind Body and Soul held in Brighton UK.
Phase - 4
- Some where in 1970 , I became life member of ISKCON. Therfore , by 2000 I had by the grace of GOD four Gurus viz ; Maharishi Mahesh, Yogi, Yogini PushpaJi, Swami Prema Nand & Swami Prabhupad of ISCKON. Whatever, I am been doing a little service to the society now through yogajaipur.com could not have been possible without my practical Guru Dr. Rajeev Gupta. Even at present his position in Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur has given an opportunity to develop two programmes 1. Role of spirituality in Healing 2. Work life Balancing.Not ended grace of GOD, kind enough to have Dr. Mukesh Sarna of Monilek Hospital, Jaipur leading Sr. physician & ICU in-charge as well top in the field of Clinical Research. By heart he is a saint, kind considerate and God fearing and parents has given him morals to follow.
- He inspired me to develop a programme, Life style the ultimate solution to "non communicable diseases" which again knowledge comes from Guru Dr. Rajeev Gupta.This would not be complete without mentioning a word for Dr. Radha Nayar who has been a source of inspiration a Gynecologist and Reikie master.Other Doctors of Monilek Hospital have co-operated throughout since 1997.This site to come because of my younger son Bahul and Daughter Bindu,who insisted let us bring something can be popularizes and do something more systematic for Society. As always true every family member in a way or other contribute. My brother in law Harish Chawla to start he was one who introduced his friend and my Guru Vipin Dev to learnt TM.
